1Overview
MISIK, operated by Diningwave Co., Ltd. ("Company"), is a B2B foodservice operations management platform for restaurant headquarters and store managers. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data and business data are handled through the MISIK MCP (Model Context Protocol) Connector that integrates MISIK with Claude AI (Anthropic).
2Data We Process
When you connect MISIK to Claude AI via the MCP Connector, the following data is processed:

✅ The MISIK MCP Connector operates in read-only mode. No data creation, modification, or deletion is possible through Claude AI.
3How We Use Your Data
- Provide MISIK data query capabilities through Claude AI
- Verify user identity and control data access via OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Enforce corporation-level data isolation (blocking cross-corporation data access)
- Monitor service security and detect abnormal access patterns
4Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties. When connecting to Claude AI (Anthropic), OAuth tokens are exchanged solely for authentication purposes, which is technically necessary for the service connection. For Anthropic's privacy practices, see https://www.anthropic.com/privacy .
5Data Security
- Secure authentication via OAuth 2.0 with PKCE (S256)
- Access Tokens automatically expire after 24 hours
- All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS)
- Corporation-based data isolation prevents cross-organization data access
- Read-only MCP connector prevents any data modification
6Your Rights
- Disconnect: You may disconnect the MISIK connector from Claude AI settings at any time.
- Token revocation: Upon disconnection, issued Access Tokens are immediately invalidated.

7Service Audience
MISIK and its MCP Connector are B2B services intended for foodservice enterprise headquarters and store managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
8Policy Changes
If this policy is updated, we will provide advance notice through the MISIK service announcements or this page. Material changes will be communicated individually via in-service notifications or KakaoTalk notification messages.
